Counting of one-horned rhinoceros left in limbo



KATHMANDU: The counting of one-horned rhinoceros has been left in limbo, thanks to inactiveness by the Department of National Parks and Wildlife Conservation.

One-horned rhinoceros in different national parks and wildlife reserves were counted in every four to five years. But, the department has been dillydallying to start the count citing lack of budget, Kantipur Daily reported.
