KATHMANDU: A team from the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) arrested a non-gazetted officer working at the archives department of the Supreme Court (SC).
Sudhir Khadka was arrested in the course of ‘convincing’ people to ensure the release of a jailbird on a general date.
Khadka is learned to have taken the name of a judge during the conversation. “We have initiated an investigation into the matter,” a source told Khabarhub insisting anonymity.
However, the CIAA and the SC have kept the case under wraps.
An investigation has been initiated in this regard, sources have claimed.
