KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC), the main opposition, has decided to field Khemraj Poudel to contest the by-election from Kaski-2 on November 30.
A meeting of the party today decided to field Poudel for the by-poll in Kaski-2 which has remained vacant following the demise of the then Minister for Tourism, Culture and Civil Aviation Rabindra Adhikari.
The Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has already decided to field Bidhya Bhattarai, the spouse of late Rabindra Adhikari.
