Court resumes recording of Alam’s statements

KATHMANDU: The recording of Nepali Congress (NC) leader and suspended lawmaker Mohammad Aftab Alam’s statements has resumed on the second consecutive day at District Court, Rautahat.

A single bench of Rautahat District Court’s Judge Deepak Dhakal is conducting the recording of Alam’s statements, Gunaraj Parajuli, record keeper at the court, told Khabarhub.

Alam had been sent to police custody on Tuesday after the court could not finish the recording of his statement.
