MUMBAI: Bollywood actor Salman Khan has urged people to refrain from using plastic in day to day life.

Expressing his concern over climate change, he pointed out how the use of plastic materials was ruining the planet.

Speaking at a press conference of the 20th International Indian Film Academy Awards, Salman said, “Save trees, save water, and avoid plastic.”

Likewise, Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit said that people should live in an environment-friendly world. (Agencies)
