NCP leader Sharma calls Biplav for talks

DANG: Nepal Communist Party (NCP) leader Janardan Sharma has urged Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’ to sit for dialogue.

Speaking at a program in Tulsipur, Dang this morning, Sharma asked Biplav-led faction to join mainstream politics since socialism cannot be possible from the barrel of the gun.

Sharma, who is also NCP standing committee member, said the NCP was committed to implementing the constitution.

Stating that the agreement to merge two communist parties was the most crucial thing, he said that all works related to party merger have completed.

He said it is high time that NCP-led government and the party would endeavor to fulfill people’s aspirations and needs.
