Kiran Chemjong leaving for Japan for trial

KATHMANDU: First choice goalkeeper of the Nepali national football team Kiran Kumar Chemjong is leaving for Japan to appear in a trial for a Japanese football club.

General Secretary of the All Nepal National Football Association (ANFA) Indraman Thuladhar bid farewell to Chemjong on Tuesday.

He will appear in a trial for a Japanese League 3 club Fujieda MYFC. He will be in Japan for a 20-day training-cum-trial and will leave for Japan on Wednesday.
