NTA to install Information Technology centers in 124 places



KATHMANDU: Information Technology centers are set to be established in 124 different local units across the country. The Nepal Telecommunication Authority (NTA) is establishing such centers in the local units that are deprived of informational technology.

The NTA said the project will be carried out with the rural telecommunication fund. The NTA has already chosen 124 places based on the applications filed.

The NTA will install a laptop, three desktops, photocopier, printer, scanner, projector, sound system, backup, wireless router in the center.

Solar system will be used in the center in case there is no electricity.
