PM Oli to remain in hospital for few more days

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Oli will continue to recuperate in hospital for few more days.

He is recuperating at the Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Center in Maharajgunj after he underwent a successful surgery to remove appendicitis on November 26, PM’s press advisor Surya Thapa said.

Prime Minister Oli’s health condition has seen notable progress and is currently under medical observation, according to the Center.

Prime Minister Oli on Monday had through a video message on Twitter explained to the people about his health condition saying he is ‘recuperating and is in good spirits’.

He had then said from the hospital bed that he has been ‘able to talk and watch news’.

PM Oli has been kept under medical supervision, according to doctors attending him at Maharajgunj-based Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Center.

PM Oli was admitted to the Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Center on November 26 after health complications.
