Most of us might be confused about which meat— white or red— to consume during the Dashain festival.
According to various studies, white meat is healthier when compared to red. Because white meat contains Lean protein (without fat) which is helpful for fitness and weight loss.
On the other hand, red meat contains saturated fat or unhealthy fat which increases cholesterol level as a result heart problem, weight increase problem occurs.
The red color in red meet shows unsaturated fat that unhealthy for your health. Unsaturated fat means unhealthy fat that will increase cholesterol in your body which will result in heart problems.
White meat is learnt the source of protein which doesn’t contain any fat and carbohydrates. This is the best source of protein, this helps in muscle building and fitness. White meat contains fewer calories and more protein which is very healthy.
