Ramechhap in-charge of Biplav outfit arrested



KAVRE: Police have continued to arrest leaders and cadres of the banned Netra Bikram Chan alias Biplav-led outfit from different parts of the country.

In this connection, police have arrested Ramechhap In-charge of Biplav-led group, Yadav Dhungel, from Dhulikhel of Kavrepalanchowk district on Sunday night.

Superintendent of Police Jayraj Sapkota said that Dhungel is charged with torching Ncell tower at Bhumlu in Kavre.
