Two Biplav cadres land in police net



JHAPA: Police have arrested two cadres of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav outfit from Damak Municipality-2, Belgandi on Monday.

A special patrol team arrested Subas Rai, 30, and Pukar Yonjan, 28, of the same ward.

DSP Shyamal Subba at District Police Office, Damak said that police recovered pamphlets and donation receipts from the duo. According to him, police were tipped-off that the cadres are involved in donation drive in the area.
