Rape-accused fugitive lands in police net

PARASI: A 55-year-old has been arrested on the charge of raping a minor girl.

Police have arrested Shiva Shrestha, 55,  of Gulmi, currently staying at Sunwal-4, Nawalparasi.

He was arrested from his house. Police said they started investigating the case on a remand.

Earlier, Narayan Shrestha, 60, Lekh Bahadur Khatri, 41, of Sunwal Municipality had been arrested in connection with the same case.

They had raped the 11-year-old girl when her parents were away from the house.
