Biplav cadre involved in Ncell arson attack held



PARBAT: A cadre of Biplav outfit has been arrested for his alleged involvement in the Ncell tower attack that took place in Modi Rural Municipality in the district.

District Police Office, Parbat arrested Prakashjung Lamichhane, cadre of Bipalv outfit on Saturday.

Lamichhane was arrested from his own house based in Tilahar village where the tower was situated, said Police Inspector Rajan Rayamajhi.

Necell tower based in Tilahar had been set on fire on July 31.
