Night service to begin on July 17



KATHMANDU: Night bus services are set to begin from July 17 in the Kathmandu Valley.

The Department of Transport Management  is all set to bring night bus services into operation to ease the night life.

“The activities of people at night are increasing. The night bus services will ease the life of night commuters if the night bus service is brought into operation,” said Kumar Prasad Dahal, director general of the Department.

The management of night bus service will also help reduce incidents of theft, robberies and violence, added Dahal.
