Parliament to begin deliberations on govt’s policies and programs today

KATHMANDU: Parliament is scheduled to begin deliberations on policies and programs of the government for the next fiscal year on Sunday.

President Bidya Devi Bhandari, on behalf of the government, had presented the government’s policies and programs on Friday.

Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba and Coordinator of Naya Shakti Nepal Baburam Bhattarai among other leaders are scheduled to take part in the deliberations. The policies and programs will be put to vote on Tuesday.
