One arrested with three kg hashish



KATHMANDU: Police have arrested a person along with 3.12 kg hashish at Nagdhunga, Kathmandu.

A team from the Metropolitan Police Sector Nagdhunga arrested Laxman Sinjali Magar, 53, of Thaha Municipality-7, Makawanpur in course of checking a passenger bus — Ba 3 Kha 9673 – last night.

The bus was heading toward Kathmandu from Dhading.

According to Police Inspector Gyan Bahadur Khadka, Magar was arrested while trying to smuggle the hashish concealed in a black bag.

He has been sent to the Metropolitan Police Circle Thankot for necessary investigation.
