KATHMANDU: The government has rescheduled public holiday on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr for Wednesday.

Earlier, a meeting of Council of Ministers had announced holiday for Thursday.

Eid al-Fitr is an important religious holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide that marks the end of Ramadan.
