Three die in jeep accident



RASUWA: Three persons have died and three others have disappeared in a jeep at Ama Chhodingmo rural municipality in Rasuwa last night.

According to the police, the deceased have been identified as Saili Ghale, 32, Norbu Tamang, 32, and Mindo Ghale, 35, from Ama Chhodingmo of the district.

The accident occurred when the jeep — Ba 1 Cha 5820 — heading to Goljung of Rasuwa from Pokhara fell into the Trishuli River.

Five other passengers have been seriously injured while three went missing after the accident.

A police team has been sent to the site for searching the missing people.
