One dead, one hurt in truck-motorcycle collision

MUGLIN: A youth was killed in an accident as a result of a collision between a truck and motorcycle here on Saturday.

Midesh Nepal, 25, of Ramgram Municipality-3, Nawalparasi, was seriously injured as the truck, Na Kha 2284, en route to Kathmandu from Rautahat and the motorcycle, Lu 42 Pa 6542, collided at Seti Dhobhan of Bharatpur Metropolis-29 along the Narayangadh-Muglin road section.

Nepal, who was the pillion rider, breathed his last in course of medical treatment. Rider Midesh Nepal, 27, is being treated at Bharatpur Hospital and his condition is not serious, police said.
