Chhath common festival of all: CM Poudel



HETAUDA: Chief Minister of the State-3, Dormani Poudel said there should be no discrimination in the name of caste, religion and geography.

Addressing a program organized on the occasion of Chhath festival at Raptighat, Hetauda today, CM Poudel argued the Chhath festival was the common festival of the people from the hill, mountain, and Terai.

He said the festival is getting popularity among the people from different ethnic and geographical communities lately.  The Chahth is being celebrated across the country, mostly in Tarai belt, with much fanfare today.
