Rabid dogs bite more than 50 people in Mahottari



MAHOTTARI: More than 50 people were injured after being bitten by rabid dogs in different parts of the Mahottari district.

Mahottari’s Superintendent of Police Shyam Krishna Adhikari said more than 50 people were injured in Ekdara rural municipality, Manara Sishwa municipality, and Jaleshwor municipality after being bitten by dogs on Tuesday.

The injured were referred to Janakpur Hospital after primary treatment at the District Hospital, Jaleshwor.
