Kapil Dev quits as BCCI Cricket Advisory Committee chief 



NEW DELHI: Former India captain Kapil Dev has resigned from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Cricket Advisory Committee, Indian media reports have said.

He stepped down after Shanta Rangaswamy resigned from the 3-member committee.

Even though Kapil did not disclose the reason for his resignation, he wrote an email to the Committee of Administrators (CoA) about his decision.

He was appointed the chief of the committee on July 2019. (Agencies)
