Five gamblers land in police net

BAGLUNG: District Police Office, Baglung has arrested five gamblers with Rs 72,000 in cash from Balgung Bazaar.

The arrested are Dabal Bhul of Ghodaghodi Municipality-10, currently at Srinagar tole, Bikash Rai of Kamalamai Municipality-4, currently staying at Upallochaur, Bishnu Rai of Tumbhiya Rural Municipality-9, Panchthar, currently staying at Shreenagar Tole, Mitra Lal Jaisi of Myagdi district, said District Police Office, Baglung.

Police arrested them when when they were engaged in the gambling in the house belonging to Suraj Bogati of Srinagar tole of  Baglung.

Police said they are investigating the arrested after taking them on a remand from the district court.
