Biplav outfit’s cadre arrested



KATHMANDU: Police have arrested a cadre of the outlawed Biplav outfit.

A team deployed from Metropolitan Police Circle, Balaju arrested Sagar Tamang, 42, from Tarkeshwor Municipality. Police Inspector Bishnu Hari Fhuyal said he has been handed over to District Police Office, Nuwakot.

He has been accused of torching a tipper, Ba 4 Kha 8516, at Shivapuri-8 on August 14, 2018.
