Manakesi Chaudhry wins Puslar NSJF Para-athlete award 2075



KATHMANDU: Nepal Sports Journalist Forum (NSJF) has picked visually impaired woman cricketer Manakesi Chaudhary for Puslar NSJF Para-athlete of the Year 2075 award.

Chaudhary, 21, who started her sports careers a decade ago, is the best player among the visually impaired women’s cricket team. She had been declared the best player in all the three T20 cricket matches held in Nepal with Britain five years ago.

Chaudhary had notched up 183 runs in all four T20 series held in Pakistan, leading Nepal to victory.

She had become the player of the match in two games and player of the series under B2 category.
