Nepal, Philippines sign MoU to establish Bilateral Consultation Mechanism



KATHMANDU: Nepal and the Republic of the Philippines signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a Bilateral Consultation Mechanism between Foreign Ministries in Kathmandu today.
