Maintain sensitivity while managing stray cows: Minister Rayi

NEPALGUNGJ: Mohammad Istiyak Rayi, Minister for Urban Development has stressed the need for sensitivity while managing the problems of stray cows.

At a press meet organized today, Minister Rayi said that it was worrying that the cows said to be taken to Dailekh from Nepalgunj were left unattended and even killed due to mishandling on the midway.

“If Nepalgunj city had held an all-side discussion on how the stray cattle could be managed permanently, such untoward incident could not happen,” he reminded. Responding to a query, the Minister warned that those found guilty after the report of the probe committee would be taken action.
