KATHMANDU: Chairman of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has remarked that an understanding reached between him and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on sharing power was not a new thing.

Talking to media at Biratnagar Airport on Saturday, Dahal reiterated that the party would implement with all sincerity the decision reached between the two parties at the time of the party unification.
