One killed in accident



KATHMANDU: A motorcyclist died when a tipper (Na 7 Kha 2269) hit his motor cycle at Bishal Chowk -5 of Bharatpur Municipality.

The deceased has been identified as Dharma Raj Adhikari,52, of same locality. The motorcycle bearing registration number Na 18 Pa1001) was hit by a tipper.

Adhikari succumbed to his injuries at 2:00 am today at the Chitwan Medical college hospital, according to District Police Office, Chitwan.

Pillion rider Adhikari’s wife, Kamala,45, was also injured in the incident. She is undergoing treatment at the same hospital. The tipper driver has been arrested for necessary action, police said.
