KATHMANDU: The current weather conditions indicate a mix of partly to generally cloudy skies in some areas of the hilly region, while the rest of the country is experiencing mainly partly cloudy weather today.
As reported by the Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD), westerlies are prevailing across the nation.
The MFD forecasts partly to generally cloudy conditions in the hilly areas of Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces.
There is a possibility of light to moderate rain at isolated places in the hilly regions of Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces.
Additionally, there are chances of light snowfall in a few areas of the high hilly and mountainous regions within these provinces, as well as in the high hilly and mountainous regions of Koshi and Bagmati provinces.
