Tibetan citizen arrested on charges of raping 11-year-old girl

KATHMANDU: Police have arrested a Tibetan citizen on charges of raping an 11-year-old girl.

The suspect, 48-year-old Rincho Nima, a resident of Manhakal in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-6, was apprehended last (Sunday) night.

Following the report of the crime, Rincho was detained by the Kapan Police Station.

The District Police Complex Kathmandu has confirmed that he is currently in custody and is undergoing an investigation.
