Ilam-2 vote count: UML’s Suhang commands substantial lead

ILAM: CPN UML candidate Suhang Nemwang has surged ahead as the votes are tallied in wards 1 through 6 of Phakphokthum Rural Municipality in Ilam Constituency-2.

Nemwang commands a substantial lead of 889 votes.

His tally stands at 4,049 votes, while his closest rival, Nepali Congress candidate Dambar Khadka, trails with 3,160 votes.

Meanwhile, Milan Limbu of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has garnered 561 votes, while independent candidate Dakendra Singh Limbu secured 784 votes.
