KATHMANDU: Bajhang has once again experienced a seismic event this morning.
The National Earthquake Measurement and Research Center has reported a magnitude 5.2 earthquake striking Bhatekhola in Bajhang.
Just last Tuesday, a 6.3 magnitude earthquake had its epicenter in Bajhang, resulting in a series of continuous aftershocks in the region.
The earthquake last Tuesday claimed one life and left 20 others injured.
In the wake of the earthquake, 70 houses in Bajhang were completely destroyed, with an additional 245 houses partially damaged.
