On the occasion, Vice President Pun lauded the support by different countries to Nepal, especially at this hour of need, according to HCC-N.

Vice President also “well-recognized” the diplomatic role played by the honorary consuls without any monetary benefits from either country and said that he will recommend to the government for the diplomatic facilities to the Honorary Consuls.

He further mentioned that the Honorary Consuls should play the role of trade representatives and support bringing more tourists to Nepal from the countries.
