KATHMANDU: Newly-appointed Secretary General of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) Esala Ruwan Weerakoon called on President Bidhya Devi Bhandari on Tuesday.
On the occasion, the President emphasized the more effective role of SAARC and the importance of the organization, said Hari Prasad Dahal, Spokesperson of the President’s Office.
