JHAPA: Police have arrested a leader of ‘Biplav’-led group from Jhapa district on Sunday.
A team of police on plain clothes deputed from District Police Office, Jhapa arrested Prabin Darnal, Jhapa district Chair of Dalit Mukti Morcha, from Birtamod, Deputy Superintendent of Police Jhapa, Mahendra Kumar Shrestha said.
