KAPILVASTU: Three youths drowned on Tuesday while swimming in Surai River in the district.
The deceased are Ashik Bhattarai, Nirajan Bhusal and Sumit Sunar of Bijayanagar Rural Municipality-6.
They had gone swimming to beat the scorching heat.
